Returning the registration forms completes registration.  Forms are available in the Family Portal, can be mailed or you can pick up forms from the school by appt. 

1. A registration fee of $150.00 will be required at the time of your child’s acceptance. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. The yearly tuition for 2026-2027 is as follows:
   1. $6,900.00  per child 
   2. Herzog/ MO Scholars is a scholarship plan for families that most qualify for. 
   3. If you do not qualify- we will do our best to work out a discounted rate for each individual. 
3. Payment options for tuition 2026-2027 are as follows:
   1. Yearly Due August 1st 
   2. Payment plan options July 1st - May 1st 
4. Tuition policies for 2026-2027 are as follows:
   1. Entire monthly tuition fees are due; regardless of how many days your child attends each month from August 1st 2026  through June 1st 2027.
   2. Checks received after the due date will require an additional $15.00 late fee. 
   3. A note will be sent, or a phone call made, stating that if tuition is not received within three days, the student’s place will be forfeited. 
   4. $30.00 fee required on all returned checks. If more than one check is returned, tuition must be paid with cash, cashier’s check or money order.
   5. Termination of enrollment: Living Grace Academy requests a written two-week notice from the parents of the children who must leave the program for any reason. Tuition for the remainder of the month is non-refundable and refund on the remainder of the year is decided based on situation. 

School is dismissed daily at 3:00.  Parents are expected to pick up promptly, no later than 3:20 unless doing after care. 

1. Field trips may require minimal fees.
2. In order to participate in graduation all fees owed must be paid by last day of school.
