Registration
Returning the registration and medical forms, accompanied by the $300.00 registration fee, completes registration. Forms are available in the Family Portal or you can pick up forms during Open House.
Fees
- A registration fee of $285.00 will be required at the time of your child’s enrollment. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- The yearly tuition for 2024-2025 is as follows:
- $3,500.00 per child
- Payment options for tuition 2024-2025 are as follows:
- Yearly Due August 1st
- 10 month payment plan August 1st - May 1st
- Tuition policies for 2024-2025 are as follows:
- Entire monthly tuition fees are due; regardless of how many days your child attends each month, by the first school day of each month from August 2024 through May 2025.
- Checks received after the due date will require an additional $15.00 late fee.
- A note will be sent, or a phone call made, stating that if tuition is not received within three days, the student’s place will be forfeited.
- $30.00 fee required on all returned checks. If more than one check is returned, tuition must be paid with cash, cashier’s check or money order.
- Termination of enrollment: Living Grace Academy requests a written two-week notice from the parents of the children who must leave the program for any reason. Tuition for the remainder of the month is non-refundable.
School is dismissed daily at 3:15. Parents are expected to pick up promptly, no later than 3:30 unless doing after care.
- Field trips may require minimal fees.
- In order to participate in graduation all fees owed must be paid by last day of school.
